How do I get in touch with Flay support?
Whether it's a query, feedback, or a friendly hello, we're here for it! Shoot us an email at hello@flaycases.com. Our dedicated support team operates Monday to Friday (taking public holidays for a rest) and we strive to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days. Didn't spot our reply? Please check your your spam and/or junk folders - and meanwhile, our FAQs might hold the key.
Is there a phone line for support?
Our team thrives on email to provide quick and tracked help to our customers, so we don't run a phone support line. Email keeps everything documented for better service and follow-ups, so please feel welcome to contact us at hello@flaycases.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Orders
I didn't receive an order confirmation, how do I get one?
Please check your email junk and/or spam folders. It doesn't happen often, but if it's the first time you've ordered your email might be a bit overprotective. Still nothing? Please email hello@flaycases.com and we'll check the email we have on file and resend your confirmation to you pronto.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes - but only if your order hasn’t entered production yet, which happens pretty quickly after an order is placed so that we can meet our delivery timeframes. If you need to cancel your order, please email us straight away at hello@flaycases.com and we can check if cancellation is possible. We'll always do our best and thank you for supporting made-to-order production which reduces waste.
Where can I find delivery tracking information?
Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and print your order before it ships. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive an email with real-time tracking so you can follow your case right to your doorstep.

What's the delivery timeline?
Please allow up to 2-5 business days for Flay Cases to process and print your order and get it on the way to you. When you're order is delivered depends on where you are located. Please see our Shipping Policy for a full list of delivery locations and timeframes. Please allow additional time for peak periods.
Can I update shipping address?
You can update your shipping address by emailing hello@flaycases.com. Please act quickly, as once your case has been sent to our delivery partners we are unable to make any edits. Please include your order number and full delivery address in your email.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return or swap my phone case?
At Flay, all our phone cases are made just for you, printed fresh to order using a zero-waste production process that avoids surplus stock and landfill waste. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
What if my case is faulty or damaged?
We stand by our quality. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch at hello@flaycases.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. For super quick service, please include your order number, a detailed description, and high-resolution photos or videos clearly showing the issue. We'll make it right!

What payment options do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major debit or credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and AMEX. You can see the full spread of options during checkout.
